General Misconduct

1. Promoting, discussing, encouraging, or withholding the knowledge of the use of prohibited modifications or cheats is bannable.

2. Misuse or exploitation of server commands is not allowed.

3. Circumventing or attempting to bypass the chat filter in any manner is forbidden.

4. Spamming, flooding the chat with repeated messages or excessive character use, is strictly prohibited.

5. Deliberately providing misleading information about the server or its features may result in penalties.

6. Recruiting or poaching players for other communities is strictly forbidden.

7. Discussions of controversial topics or anything disruptive to the server environment are not allowed. (Eg; Real life politics.)

Player Abuse & Discrimination

1. Encouraging suicide, self-harm, or making threats of death or violence towards another player is strictly prohibited.

2. Harassment or targeting of players based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic is forbidden.

3. The use of discriminatory language is prohibited.

4. Toxicity, including the continuous disrespect of players or the use of offensive or obscene language towards others, is not allowed.

Advertising

1. Phishing for Minecraft accounts or personal information, either on the server or the Helios Discord, will result in a permanent ban.

2. Linking to third-party websites or Discord servers is strictly prohibited.

3. Promoting or discussing other servers or external websites is not allowed.

4. Advertising personal social media, such as YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter, is only allowed with permission given by the Server Owner.

Threats of Personal Information

1. Threatening or executing DDoS/Doxxing attacks is strictly prohibited.

2. Harassment involving any player's personal information is strictly prohibited.

3. Sharing personal information about any player without their consent is strictly forbidden.

4. Attempting to obtain personal information about any player through deception or threats is prohibited.

5. Joking about or creating fake threats, including sending fake IP addresses or locations, is not allowed.
